Refund Policy

Cancellation

MeadMate subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account Settings and the Stripe customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

If you cancel during an active 14-day trial or promotional period before it ends, you generally will not be charged for that period, subject to the terms shown at signup.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@meadmate.com within 14 days of the charge. Refunds may be granted at MeadMate's discretion where required by law or where a billing error occurred.

MeadMate is subscription software for homebrewers. We do not sell alcohol. Users are responsible for following local brewing laws.
